AT DIFFERENT STROKES, our Medical Massage therapists begin with a postural analysis to determine musculature deviations. From there, we create a personal body map to guide you toward goals of muscular and pain release. Specialized massage techniques reduce scar tissue, relengthen muscles, and release trigger points. This solves many different pain syndromes such as whiplash, TMJ, headaches, bulging discs, planter fascitis (foot pain), and more! Hot Stone and Relaxation Massage is also available, as well as Reflexology.

Following your bodywork session, we encourage clients to sit in our state of the art Ought 2 Detox Vitality Chair! During this session, you can breathe aromatherapy oxygen while doing a full body detox (removing harmful acids, heavy metals, parasites and more!) with IonCleanse. You can also choose to change your brain waves (from relaxation to meditative, or even memory enhancement!) with our Sound/Light therapy, all while you enjoy a relaxing roller massage and sip our Vitalized water!
